To start a return, email us at alielamari@outlook.com with your order number. Eligible items may be returned for a refund of the product price (original shipping is non-refundable). For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and consumable products may be eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee at our discretion.

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
